One of these games is pretty much ready now. I believe it’s strong enough to stand on a store shelf beside anything else there. A Kickstarter campaign for it would mean two years of work as a sales and marketing person. Pitching a game publisher would mean a submission and a few meetings if the submission is accepted before…they take it all away and have their way with it. What to do?

I guess the real question is, am I making games or an Adventure Calendar? If it’s the latter, then the less extra work I do on a (finished) game, the more work on can do on a calendar. And a novel, let’s not forget.

There is only one thing I can think of that might be a stumbling block with a publisher: they might not want me to include a full version of the game in the calendar. But there’s only one way to find out…
